Opening doors to international universities
Worldwide, the IGCSE is delivered in schools in over 140 countries. International schools consider it as a reliable record which counts towards entry to universities around the world. Even in India it is recognised by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) as being at par with CBSE, ICSE, etc.
In BIS, students are expected to take 4 compulsory subjects: English, Mathematics, Second Language and Global perspective, and 5 more subjects from the different subject groups to ensure they are eligible to get an ICE Diploma.
