Field Trip
In November, the 4th graders had a super fun over-night stay in school! The evening began with loads of games and activities. They learnt how to put up tents and did some star gazing through a heavy duty telescope! After a yummy dinner, they made smores around the camp fire and told stories. They had a surprise dance party before bed time.
In the morning, the played all kinds of interesting games while dancing. And all too soon, it was time to go home! Meanwhile, the grades 1, 2 and 3 had a day camp where they made gingerbread men and decorated them, decorated t-shirts, did weird science experiments, composed music and did lots of craft activities. After lunch they had a crazy time around an obstacle course, and then they were headed home with goody bags stuffed with all their spoils from the day!
